The Garden Cottage with its en-suite bath is a light and airy retreat.
The new Pool Cottage completed in May 2025 adds an additional
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and full kitchen to the property,
bringing Aralia to a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath Dunmore Town retreat.
Offering outdoor living on over half an acre of land stretching from Dunmore St. to Colebrooke St.,
our new pool and pool bar round out the amenities.
The property affords privacy while at the same time easy access to all that Harbour Island has to offer.
Hop in your golf cart for a 2 minute ride to the Pink Sand Beach.
Stroll to Harbour Island's charming shops, enjoy a sunset cocktail by the bay,
and walk to dinner at some of the finest restaurants on the island.
